The UK is a long way from NZ (and AU for that matter), I don't think anyone here wants 400+ms pings for websites. NZ also gets 150-200ms pings to the US, so cheap-as-chips US hosting has better performance. This is nothing to do with your service of course, just might mean 'marketing' closer to home.
