You can change all details except the name of the registrant on-line
at all registrars I've dealt with (Including Webdrive). DNC
regulations require the registrant of a .nz domain to be the full name
of a legal entity (natural person, registered company, etc)

The registrar is required to satisfy themselves that the change of
registrant name and hence registrant is agreed by both the incoming
registrant and outgoing registrant.

To the best of my knowledge all the registrars I've dealt with require
a signed (or faxed form) except Discount Domains who accept an on-line
declaration. Many registrars charge a fee of approximately a year's
registration for processing this form.
