They also claim Drupal expertise
https://www.siteground.com/drupal-hosting.htm including the boast
"When we host, Drupal works!" and "Drupal optimized servers". On the
front page they say "Our technicians are experts in Drupal CMS and
will assist you 24/7"

Perhaps they haven't caught up with Drupal 6, perhaps their claims are
excessive.

I think we need to come back to the though that with what they charge
there is very little money to pay for support they moment you are
outside their normal hosting parameters they aren't for you.
