That's because people are scared of you, Jochen ;) My gut feel is that there's a skill shortage rather than a glut. This is simply based on the fact that I've heard a number of employers over the last 18 months voicing their concern that it's hard to find good developers - especially at the senior end of the spectrum and a couple that have been disappointed at the skill level of those they've hired in intermediate or junior roles.
