Is there anybody looking to employ a volunteer?

I have some very basic php skills, but without a chance to get any real
practise in, the knowledge is going stale, and i don't really have the
creative vision to create a project.

Would be keen on any work with any training for any more advanced stuff.
Have reference material and training for the basics
