I found my job on Seek but that was 3 years ago. We stopped using Seek once the effects of the recession hit because the number of good applicants went down and the number of unsuitable applicants skyrocketed (due to desperation I guess).
These days we use a combination of: * Twitter * NZPHPUG :) * Recruiters - But good recruiters like Sead. Finding people is hard, but by dropping Seek we were able to filter the selection pool down to quality applicants.
