Hi All, We're looking at outsourcing occasional work via the outsourcing portal www.odesk.com. So far it's been a little slow to find the right person despite the massive number of people that appear to have good credentials on the site but the site does have good tools for keeping clients informed of what the developer is up to. The site also appears to be well backed and works in favour of both developers and customers (people wanting developers).
So, some questions: 1. Has anyone used this website from a customer point of view (i.e. connecting with a developer) 2. How about the reverse ... are any of you using oDesk as a developer? 3. If not oDesk, has anyone had good or bad experiences with similar sites?
