Really?
The guy who works for me gets told exactly what I want, and how I want
it done, and why it should be done that way. He learns new things every
day and gets paid to do it. I'm learning heaps too - not so much code
stuff, but running-a-business stuff.
This extra learning is one of the reasons why it's cool to be a part of
a team. Far better than crawling through blogs to find interesting new
things.

All that gets taught is how to make a web page. No
