Steve get your CV to us mate. That is exactly our environment - we
look to carefully guide our junior developers. Our current developers
have learnt a hell of a lot in the last year and a half. And they get
to drink heaps of beer on Fridays!
Not sure where you are coming from Anru - sharing knowledge is pretty
key in our office - we want everyone to be on the same page.

The Waikato Polytechnic touches on PHP (3 papers
as far as I can remember), but not in nearly
enough detail to get a super star out of it.
All that gets taught is how to make a web page. No
OOP, no ORM, no routing, etc etc.
All the super stars I know were that way before
they even started studying. They program for fun,
before during, and after work/study.
