But the good news in Ottawa is that you can phone the city and say that there is
glass in the bike lane and they will actually go out and clean it up. The fact that
it is a bike lane actually gives you more leverage.
No such luck down here in Maryland... There's an incredible amount of glass and
trash on the roads down here. I've had 9 flats since arriving here at the end of
January (about 6000 km ago) - despite tire wipings every time I see the glass.
Ughhh. I've got to fix another right now. At least it's a front one this time.
