I agree with Manny’s comment of “putting the ‘group’ back into ‘group rides’”. Frommy experience over the past year, "group" tends to be dropped from "group rides". I’ve had far too many Sunday Rides quickly turn into solo rides, often on that first climb on Riverside Dr. On the occasion they do wait, but only then to proceed above what should be the speed limit for the group. That's my $0.02.
