I cannot speak for the Board of OBC but as a member (2 years now) I
think the OBC has a mandate to educate its members on the proper edicate of
cycling. Some overlap with CfSc but probably not much.

I think the OBC is somewhat important to cycling in Ottawa but I have no
idea about the CfSC other than the numerous complaints about non-co
operation. I hope you do not intend to educate the public in such a
militant way.
