I'm with Paul on this one. What exactly do you mean by "it was reviewed"? What was reviewed? I don't see how you can assure us that this particular course is ineffective without knowing anything about it. I might accept that Can-Bike is "more effective", but you have presented no evidence to support the conclusion that this course is "not effective". I do not doubt you have done research, but as Paul said, I don't see how any research can lead to the inescapable conclusion that any particular course is the only "effective" training program. Research measures training against a set of criteria. Paul listed several regarding group riding and racing that are no less valid than any other set of criteria (such as basic riding skills for kids). These measurements will also change based on experience and further research. Therefore, to claim that a course is "ineffective" is an unsubstantiated one. You can only credibly state that a course is "ineffective" went measured against a specific set of criteria, which so far, you have not specified. > that insurance company.
