Yes it was reviewed and a study was done to show its ineffectiveness. I could show
it to you, if you like. I have done my homework. And you bet, I will get a hold of
that insurance company. Could you find out for sure from your sister, the name of
the insurance company so I can send them the studies I have researched? They are
obviously uniformed. I have also found great ignorance among parents.
