My worst experience with this feeling is from painting ceilings all day. Thus far, age wise, the more you do the activity the more the muscles adapt and the less it hurts. Worst non use of muscles pain? Shingling roofs with professional roofers. My legs hurt for days but by the end of the week I was right as rain. "I was so much younger then....." Tim Aubin.
