For those with a chronic or recurrent problem with neck or back pain, I
strongly recommend a consultation with a physiotherapist at the Canadian
Back Institute.  There are four locations in the Ottawa area.  Numbers are
in the white pages under C B I Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation (at the very
beginning of the C's).
