-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I agree with Les - I think the helmet is a likely culprit. I bought a new helmet two seasons ago and although it beathes better, is more comfortable to wear and stays on better, it causes neck pain and stiffness on long rides because I have to bend my neck more to see ahead. Fortunately, it has a removable visor, which alleviates it. It also has air holes in the visor which I sometimes look through on downhills. Going downhill is often painful because you are going very fast and have to hyper-extend your neck to see far enough ahead. If your daughter is under 16 years old, you cannot use Les's solution unless you are prepared to risk a fine.
