Actually the nutritionist for "Runner's World" magazine (Dr. Liz Applegate) claims
that in terms of anti-oxidant benefits, dark chocolate is even better for us than
broccoli - though I doubt if she is measuring the benefit per calorie! (Note as
well that milk chocolate does NOT have the anti-oxidant benefits of dark
chocolate).
