BTW, I thought the cafeteria arrangement was vastly improved over previous years. With six self service stations, lines were kept to a minimum. On the other hand, I don't know if the animal rights activists or overzealous vegetarians have been lobbying the Queens U. catering people, but I was disappointed by the lack of protein from animal sources for Saturday's dinner. Us old folks need protein to repair broken and aching bodies. Tofu that tastes something similar to dried toothpaste just doesn't cut it. Anyone else feel the same?
