My perspective as a vegetarian: I thought the menu was just right. If adding
a meat dish meant taking away a vegetarian dish, it would have been hard to
assemble a satisfying vegetarian plate. We don't just eat raw vegetables and
tofu, you know ;-)

But I'm not complaining, it was a great tour; thanks to all the volunteers!
