I'm shocked by this information, as I see lots of joggers in Observatory. Where exactly is Rosmead Avenue in Obs? I've looked in the map book and the only Rosmead Avenues I can find is Kenilworth, Gardens & Claremont. As i'm a keen jogger myself, please let me know where this incident occured?
