According to an article in this Mornings Cape Times the alleged assailant was arrested after information given by the woman mentioned by Miss Marple above. It just goes to show what an alert community can do. Unfortunately the victim still has not been identified. Joggers should consider running with a wristband with their details on it for use in a medical or crime emergency. Particularly for the not so fit! :)
