Hello Reinmar This was not in Observatory. It was Rosmead Avenue, Kenilworth. I reported it on this site because I think it is something that can happen to any jogger, any-of-us (in fact) and..........well...........just foster a cautious attitude when out anywhere really.... Sad tho' it is.....
