Yes, they will, I certainly agree with that, though they've had no
problem with my system, despite it being monitored by OAR.
An insurance company, though, would have to be satisfied with the fact
that there is an entry in the PSIRA database saying that OAR is
properly registered - which covers that.
Incidentally, in case it proves that OAR is disbanded, I asked ADT for
a quote to take over the monitoring, over a week ago, so far, silence.
Not that impressive either, I fear. Also, as I said, the kit ADT was
offering for outside beams was primitive compared to the excellent kit
from OAR. Odd, I know, I'd have expected the opposite, and I did first
investigate the market to see if there was any better equipment
available further afield than Obs suppliers.
