Glad you and Catherine are alright David.
I understand your anger and frustration at the general non-responsiveness.
It is hard to cope with isn't it ?

I'm sure you will also understand how we patrollers sometimes feel at the
non-response we sometimes get from SAPS. At such times, we (who take time
out to watch the suburb) are often told to "....be patient" as we might not
be the only folk the SAPS dealing with. Give them time..... They'll get
there..... These are teething problems......"
It has often been difficult to cope with the non-response that I (as a
patroller) have had to deal with every so often.

I understand someone was due to attend to the repeater problem yesterday
(Saturday) morning and that you said the problem had been resolved ?
It hasn't.
It's pretty concerning that we've lost radio communication to the extent
that we have.
A patroller told me that it ".....is probably the wind" causing the
difficulties.
However, we had the repeater up last summer with its accompanying wind.
And as I recall we didn't have these issues.

It's good to know that the problems will be taken up in earnest.
Thank you.
