It ought to be closed permanently. If needs be, concrete the whole thing up and landscape the ramp ends on either side. While the subway is convenient for me as a pedestrian I find it very unsafe now and it gets worse and filthier by the month. The fact that Intersite no longer maintains it is a major concern. If they are not prepared to look after their property then they must shut that subway down.
