A reserved YES from me. I am not in favour of an irreversible closure but a secure gate on either end should suffice. I would also be opposed to using any OCA funds for this. Intersite should be made to maintain a safe clean facility (which we no they have no interest in doing) or they should bear the costs of securing it.
