Hi there, I'm sure more people use the subway than we think, especially children going to Obs junior school. I agree the subway is horrendous and scary and I avoid it. Could we apply to have the subway closed and stairs built over the railway (similar to those by Newlands stadium).
I fear cutting the access point completely for Obs residents will result in people (children) finding alternate routes across the railway and getting injured - or worse.
