In my opinion, it offers criminals an easy escape route from the police, it is used as a latrine by the homeless, it is not maintained by Metrorail or intersite and it is a dumping site. There is no need for a subway that is so far from the Obs Station. It serves no purpose, other than Little Red Riding Hood going to visit Granny and being accosted by the Big Bad Wolf. Shut it down.
