Well said Markus! I agree, many dog owners in Obs seem too lazy to walk their dogs any further than the nearest neighbour's entrance! I spend my life picking up peoples dog shit in front of my gatage. What's worng with a walk at the river for those with out cars and Newlands forest for those with cars. And why so many dogs when most gardens in Obs are the size of a tissue?
