I have been following all these e-mails about ADT & VS and reading each one very carefully. All the information received is very interesting. I have also seen in the streets of Obs that more people are going to Vetus Schola, and I must admit that I am also very keen to change our alarm system over to Vetus Schola. There are a lot of positive reasons why I'd rather go over to Vetus Schola, and I think most people know why. Probably the most important deciding factor with regards to the 2 security companies is that VS actually has a dedicated vehicle for Obs, where ADT doesn't have one. Also, within this dedicated car there are 2 personnel and 1 dog, where ADT's undedicated car has 1 person. This is absolutely ridiculous, as ADT is obviously the company with the most subscriptions in Obs. But I think things are slowly but surely changing for them. Obviously the other deciding factor that I've learnt through all these e-mails is also that VS actually does not hide any costs and will be upfront with all costs and what it involves and covers, where-as ADT gives vague answers about historically disadvantaged companies from the year 1682 when they started the first security company, when Jan Van Riebeeck built he's own house.
