I agree Lizzi.... Hockey stick / golf club / whatever........it's all one where abuse is concerned.... I was being a bit pedantic there. Ooops....
The point of my input here, though, was to try to bring some closure on the situation. I hoped to ease both *my own* concerns as well as those of many on this site who were worried for this dog..... I certainly feel a whole lot better having chatted to the Inspector in person. He really gave me the impression that he didn't think there was much to worry about.
