Thanks for this info. I have been shocked about how quickly he became weathered and just thought its due to him being homeless. Hve given money to him in past and meal vouchers. I also thought of asking the OBsid social service worker to do an assessment of him. Would you mind asking the Obsid to do do an assessment and they can let us all know what the outcome is in general terms (e.g. not ready/ready to leave the street) . Thanks for your concern Natalie
