Hi Folks The young chap from Oxford, is not any of the two guys mentioned in the string of comms.
The Louis of Hartleyvale corner, a hunchback, lean, old and worn featured gentleman, approx 45 to 55 years old always dressed in a longish jacket, doing te begging thing there, used to help Hannes at night at a boerewors stand right near the Tattoo shop. Hannes sadly passed away about two months ago and Louis is therefore probably worse off for income, and just saw him again this morning going up to the Main Road. Another Louis, 58 years old or so, always hanging around Station Road at Kwikspar and assisting the booksellers, was born in Obs and lived across the road from the old Lion Match. Always asking a R2, long standing drink problem, big pockets under the eyes, yes, he was arrested for handling drugs or something and is back with us the past month or two. The Main road Settlers Way chap, gets irate if you don't give him money and wants to know why not etc, is another character, but was moved on by GSCID probalby hanging around between there and Little Mowbray fountain.
