He lives on the veranda of my neighbour and we have seen him taking
drugs plus he admitted that he had once gone for help to the ARK at
Foura, one of my residents has spoken to him as well about the fact
that he needs help. I have worked with drug addicts both here and in
Amsterdam for over twenty years and I know the signs, the fact that he
is  looking so thin and drawn and when he stands there sleeping on his
feet, that is normally a sign of taking heroin.
