Hi Trevor, His name is not Louis? I have forgotten his name, but I used to know it. It isnt Louis, though. You are talking about the guy who sells the jewellery (hand made), too? Must be the same guy. He used to live in Seapoint, my husband who is a Louis remembers him from there from like 30 years ago. He once told us that he was in some kind of "assisted living" programme. He comes to our door sometimes, too. It never struck me that he was an active heroin addict, as he speaks well and is normally quite upbeat. I always thought he was a recovering addict. A year ago he mentioned he was going to fly to New Zealand to his father to start a new life. Obviously didn't happen. He has been at that corner of the road for at least 3 years.
