I'd like it if NGODINOBS could tell us how he/she "knows* that Louis who stands at the Station Road/ Liesbeek Parkway lights is a drug addict? I'm not saying he's not, but he occasionally does jobs for some of our neighbours and seems quite helpful (despite his very disreputable appearance).
