Fill out a form? So, if I am an outpatient from Valkenberg and have permission by my doctor to go for walks - I cannot have a rest in a park because: a) I need R 50 b) I need to fill out a form
What if I cannot write? Would you discriminate me because I am a) poor and b) cannot write? c) I am an outpatient? And if I am homeless (another term for vagrant), I am also discriminated against because I do not have R 50 and might have trouble writing because my hands are shaking because I am a recovering alcoholic. I do not want to be shoved in a shelter, and am quite happy to sit in the sun and think about life. How could I get a key? Or would you assume that because I am homeless and unwashed that I will throw bottles and harass people from the word go - because I am homeless. Is that discrimination? Not sure if you follow my train of thought.
