I have actually asked the major and Patrick Silo the same thing. I am
waiting for an answer.
By the way, Mr Silo's quoted email below is false, and is being complained
about -
Mrs Schultz never sent a "request" and neither was it "turned down". Also,
she was never offered a key for free by anyone.
As far as I am aware the correct channels will/are dealing with this.
