I think there's definitely some discussion that needs to happen around the
trademark - absolutely agree. The hard part is coming up with a list of typical
tasks or use cases, and start working actively with Sun as to what our concerns
are, and how that might be affect the long term growth of the community.

I know this has been discussed internally a little bit, but we (as a community)
probably need to be a little bit more proactive and responsible and start
figuring how we might work through this.
