I studied that
puppy very close before deciding to make my product a commercial
venture, as should anyone. My conclusion is that I am very safe.
Define very safe... You might end up with a finished product that you can't distribute (if it's a PDF). They could change the STL and you'd have to change your product.
However, if the d20 logo is only of secondary concern, then if they changed the STL and forced you to drop the logo then maybe you are pretty safe no matter what.
