The same place they look to see the advancement for every other class,
assuming you use the same experience table.
Otherwise, if I understand the D20 license correctly, you can have
something like this:
Right Purty Schoolmarm
Class Features:
Level 1:Gain 'Shriek Cutely' Feat
Level 3:Fan of Mighty Blundgeoning. At this level, the Right Purty
Schoolmarm can use her Dainty Fan (see P75) to do 3d6 points of subdual
damage to any character of evil alignment.
Other notes:
Replace Table 3-2 in the PHB with this one. Use this one exactly as you
would use Table 3-2:
Level XP
0 0
1 500
2 1000
3 1500
4 3000
