Maggie,
I want this site to be open but... as long as there is a restriction to what
can be done with open content IE: If I take some rules and change them to
conform to another system, if the decision on what I can do with them rests
with _anyone_ but me then it isn't open.

We are going to have to decide whether we want control of our IP or an open
system. Having an open list means nothing because what happens if someone
doesn't know how to get on such a list but found the info on someones
website? Or someone who doesn't have a computer who acquires a printout from
a friend? It isn't open content for them.

I have been very busy lately so I will defer my vote to the majority.

Bob

You can change it all you want, you just wouldn't be able to sell it or
pubically distribute it if you made those changes. Or you could have stayed

on the list and said "hey, that rapier combat info is incorrect because..."
