Can you use the SRD to make conversion notes in a product that doesn't use
the d20 Trademark license?  Yes.  However, since those conversion notes will
be Open Game Content, you won't be able to provide conversion notes for
>other< game systems unless you get separate permissions to use those
trademarks from their owners.  You'd be stuck with the euphamisms about
"worlds best selling fantasy roleplaying game" and all that rahoo.

the d20 Trademark license?  No, you cannot.
