Makes sense.  Otherwise they wouldn't have put it out
for review on the web site.  Same thing happens in
other industries, too.  So basically, if someone has
an idea for a cool adventure module and wants to make
it OGL, he can go ahead and work on it, but he should
wait to release it until the SRD is official?
