Still bogus. Are you trying to imply that the definition of computer gaming
software depends on the standards set by the community? Which community? The
game community? The D&D community? The D20 community? The Role playing
community? The Software community? The slashdot community? the geek
community? The community where I live? or the community in which you live?

And just because a judge can say he knows pornogrphy but can't define it
doesn't mean he did the same for cumputer gaming software.

The definition of Interactive game is still to loosley defined. No matter
what you say they will still be the case until it is changed. Otherwise you
are just offering an interpretation. And I'm sure that even in this small
group the are a number of differing interpretations.
