Thats bogus. Everyone has a different view of what pronography is and isn't.

Is a picture of a nude lady pornography? What if the picture is in a medical
text? A thereputic book on sex? Within the pages of Playboy?

Is a picture of a woman's breast pornography? In a book on mothering and
nursing? In the 3rd page of a newspaper? Within the pages of Playboy?
