I don't buy that:

You then elsewhere define "GAMING RULES to the content contained in the d20
SRD.

You would then define drop the use of "Interactive Game" and just use
"Computer Gaming Software".  Heck, for that matter you could define
"Interactive Game" using the above definition, it's still 100% accurtate.
This is because they are the same thing given the current definition...

Simple.  Accurate. (I think :)
