No one is trying to scare people. But when you write:

"my meaning was not that a hobbyist *will* get more, 
but that the hobbyist *may be* less likely to face

That is dangerous. It is totally untrue legally as
well as practically. 

And these things are not just conceptual. As a lawyer,
I hear all the time that "someone told me that [so and
so] is true..." People rely on this stuff. Even when
they shouldnt. So we have to be careful not to give
opinions about things we dont know about.

I have repeated this warning not to scare people but
to make sure people dont mistakenly rely on the
good-intentioned (but incorrect) opinions of the
people on the list.

I'm just trying to help. If my help makes people
realize that there are ramifications to working with
the license, that is just reality not scare tactics.
