Yes, although I would like to write an OGL-only version with character
creation and level advancement rules. That part will take a careful bit of
thought to make sure it doesn't infringe on Wizards copyrights.

It would so long as it was bundled. It would not enable you to add the d20
Logo to your product, nor could I use the d20 Logo if I indicated that my
product was compatible with yours, whether they were bundled or not.
